INTEGRATED TRAINING AND TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC (ITTS) is dedicated to providing reliable and accurate equipment inspection and testing services in accordance with ISO 17020 requirements and with the highest level of impartiality, ensuring that our work remains free from any commercial, financial, or other pressures that could compromise the objectivity and integrity of our inspections. We recognize the significance of impartiality in building trust and delivering reliable inspection results to our clients.

As a Quality conscious organization ITTS shall:

Independence and Objectivity: We maintain complete independence and objectivity in our lifting inspection activities. We ensure that our inspectors are free from any undue influence, conflicts of interest, or pressures that may compromise their ability to make impartial decisions. Our inspections are conducted based on established industry standards, regulations, and best practices, ensuring transparency and objectivity in our findings and recommendations.

Prohibition of Commercial, Financial, or Other Pressures: We explicitly prohibit the influence of commercial, financial, or any other external pressures that could compromise the impartiality of our inspections. Our employees, contractors, and all individuals involved in the inspection process are required to adhere to this policy and act solely in the best interest of the inspection's accuracy and integrity.

Identification and Management of Conflicts of Interest: We acknowledge that reporting lines or individuals with more than one role could potentially result in conflicts of interest, which might adversely affect the impartiality of inspections.
